Hailing from New Hampshire, Matt has been working with COTEF since 2008 and is our Program Director as well as a head instructor for our Concentric Rings Programs. He first attended Tom Brown, Jr.’s Tracker School as a student in 2001 and has over a decade of experience studying and teaching primitive skills and nature awareness.

Matt is honored to be a part of continuing Grandfather Stalking Wolf’s vision and considers this reconnection to the wilderness our greatest hope for the Earth and our future generations.

He holds a degree in Jazz Studies from The Hartt School and is also a Wilderness First Responder.
